Our Co-op policy
We will offer an equal split commission to a licensee from another company that is the first to show (inside and out) a prospect and produce an acceptable contract that closes, provided this agent performs the normal duties associated with the purchase. Any deviation from this policy may result in a referral or finders fee only.
